2019 Easter Invite Card v1-01.png

Easter is the celebration of the resurrection and the Resurrection is what the Gospel is all about!

It's easy to see that there are people in need of hope all around us and it's the Gospel that provides HOPE TO THE HOPELESS. You are the link between them and the living hope, Jesus. Extending an invitation to Easter at OVC is an easy way to open up a spiritual conversation with someone you know as YOU carry the Gospel message into YOUR personal mission field. Easter weekend is April 19th-21st. On Friday evening, April 21st, we will be gathering to remember the meaning of Easter and the sacrifice that Jesus became for us on the Cross of Calvary with a special Good Friday Communion service. Then, on Easter Sunday we will be celebrating the HOPE of the RESURRECTION in all of our services. To top it off, kids preschool through 5th grade get enjoy the thrill of our annual Easter egg hunt at 12:30 on our athletic field.

We need your help to make this special weekend special. Volunteer roles range from greeting newcomers to passing out bulletins, from placing eggs on the field to holding signs, from pointing a car in the right direction to helping a family find a place to sit. There is something that everyone can do!

Join the team to help us reach our community this Easter!

We will be hosting a VOLUNTEER TEAM MEETING on Thursday April 11th, at 6:30 PM in the OVC Tent located behind the Worship Center. See you there!
