Missions is at the heart of all we do. We desire to fulfill the GREAT COMMISSION that Jesus gave us and missions allows us to partner with Him in His work. Through missions, the Holy Spirit uses us to love on and reach those who need Christ. With our location in the South Bay, there are limitless opportunities to be involved in international missions. You were saved to know Him and make Him known.

MISSIONS
CAREgroup
Our focus is on building relationships with our missionaries, both globally and locally, through prayer, communication, support, carnival outreach events, local and global mission trips, fundraising events, and much more as the Lord leads. Just as Aaron and Hur held up the arms of Moses, WE as members of the OVC Missions CAREgroup will individually and collectively, hold up the arms of our OVC Missionary families…. “But Moses’ hands grew weary; so they took a stone and put it under him, and he sat on it. Aaron and Hur held up his hands, one on one side, and the other on the other side; so his hands were steady until the sun set” (Exodus 17:12).

OVC has missions opportunities for our OVC family and even other church groups throughout the year. From one day trips on a weekend, to week-long immersive experiences; from right here in our own community, to our neighbors in Tijuana, to somewhere else anywhere around the world. We have opportunities for anyone regardless of your schedule or budget.
